Everything sold through this store by JZ Official (Black Ants Group Pty Ltd, ABN 77 682 530 801) is digital. We do not currently sell physical goods. Nothing is packed, posted or couriered. There is no shipping, and there are no shipping or handling fees on any order.

How you receive what you buy

Online tutorials and courses are delivered online. After payment you receive an email at the address you used at checkout with everything you need to open your course.

Audiobooks are sold as an unlock code only. You are not buying a physical book or any shipped item. After payment you receive your unlock code and instructions for redeeming it. The product page names where the code is redeemed and what that platform asks of you. Redemption and playback happen there, under that platform's terms. That does not change our responsibility for the code we sold you, or your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Timing

Delivery is normally immediate. If nothing has arrived within a few hours, contact us and we will sort it out.

If something does not work

If your access does not arrive, or your unlock code is rejected, email johnson@blackantsgroup.com or call +61 413 031 918 with your order number. A code that will not redeem is ours to fix, not yours.

If nothing arrived, check your junk or spam folder, and check the email address shown on your order confirmation for typos.

We will get your access to you. If we cannot, you can ask us to cancel the purchase and refund you. Our refund policy sets out how refunds work.

What you need

An internet connection and a device with a current web browser. An audiobook may also need the redemption platform's app or website.

Access period

Any limited access period is stated on the product page before you buy. If no period is stated, we do not time limit your access.

Your receipt

Your order confirmation is your receipt. If you need a tax invoice, email johnson@blackantsgroup.com and we will send one within 28 days. Our ABN is 77 682 530 801.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. They apply to digital products and include acceptable quality and supply within a reasonable time. Nothing in this policy limits, excludes or modifies them.
